Ash Properties steps into new territory with plans to help revitalize the Downtown Jacksonville workspace.
July of 2018, Ash Properties completed the purchase of the BB&T Tower located at 200 W. Forsyth Street. The 18-story, 285,497-square-foot high-rise stands in the heart of Downtown Jacksonville, Florida. Improvements to the tower are already underway with renovations to the lobby, furniture, flooring and decor. These updates will provide a new modern and open look that the tenants will be sure to love!
Ash Properties also acquired the seven-story, 700-space parking garage that is located across Forsyth Street from the office tower. The garage has two parking spaces for every 1,000 sq. ft. available to rent by the tenants. There is an underground tunnel that connects the parking garage to the office tower, providing easy access on inclement weather days.
The BB&T Tower is the first downtown property to be acquired by Ash Properties. As of now, there are leasing opportunities for both office and retail space.
