Cantina Louie Opens its 12th Location at Shoppes of Aberdeen!

We are excited to announce that Cantina Louie has opened a new location at the Shoppes of Aberdeens in St. Johns. Cantina Louie opened its doors to the public on September 12th, 2022. This is the restaurant’s 12th location overall. 

Cantina Louie is located throughout North Florida and North Carolina. They serve a diverse selection of Mexican Street Food including a la carte tacos, unique burritos, fresh salads, specialty cocktails and more. Its newest location features a fun interior, a family-friendly ambiance and much more. “We are super excited about this location. It is a great area and a new opportunity for Cantina Louie,“ says Ben Porter, Owner of Cantina Louie.

The restaurant is one of the many tenants in the new Shoppes of Aberdeen center. This center boasts other businesses including Dreamette Ice Cream, Burn Boot Camp and more. It is newly built and includes office and retail space. The building has a total of 47,000 square feet and is located on the corner of Longleaf Pine Parkway and Shetland Drive. 

This is Cantina Louie’s second location with Ash Properties. Its other location is at the recently built Shoppes of St. Johns,  located directly off of highway US 1. It is conveniently located near the beaches, golf courses & some of Florida’s top ranked schools. It also has a prime backdoor entry to Nocatee & Ponte Vedra Beach.

We are so grateful to have Cantina Louie as one of our tenants. We can’t wait to watch it flourish in the Jacksonville community with its newest location.
